Product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided in good faith. Minor differences in color, packaging, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing updates or display variations.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Applicable taxes will be charged in accordance with Indian law.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated during checkout.

4. Orders

LIVSMRT reserves the right to:

  • Accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
  • Limit the quantity of products purchased.
  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability.
  • Cancel orders resulting from pricing or listing errors.
  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

If an order is cancelled after successful payment, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days.
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

LIVSMRT shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, government actions, strikes, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Cancellation requests should be sent to support@livsmrt.com along with your Order ID and purchase details.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests generally cannot be accommodated.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Return and replacement eligibility is clearly specified on each product page.

Products may be classified as:

  • Non-Returnable
  • 7-Day Return Eligible
  • 10-Day Return Eligible

Products that have been used, damaged, modified, installed, or improperly handled are not eligible for return or replacement.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, customers should:

  • Record a complete unboxing video.
  • Take clear photographs of the package and product.
  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may impact claim approval.

In all circumstances, LIVSMRT's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid for the purchased product giving rise to the claim.
