1. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Deliveries to remote locations may take approximately 5–8 business days.

2. Do you deliver across India?

Yes. LIVSMRT currently delivers products across India, subject to courier service availability.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible products and serviceable locations.

4. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team at support@livsmrt.com with your Order ID.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via your registered email address or SMS.

6. Can I return a product?

Return eligibility depends on the specific product and is clearly mentioned on its product page. Please review the applicable return policy before placing your order.

7. Can I return a used product?

No. Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please record a complete unboxing video, take clear photos of the package and product, and contact support@livsmrt.com within 48 hours of delivery.

9. How are refunds processed?

After the returned product is received and approved following inspection, refunds are generally credited to the original payment method within 3–7 working days.

10. How do I claim warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by product and is clearly mentioned on each product page. To make a warranty claim, contact support@livsmrt.com with your order details and a description of the issue.
